Tasks

-Manage all aspects of budgets, direct costs, and contingencies with established ability to provide project-level financial progress reports. -Interacts with existing and new potential clients to discuss AEC capabilities and expand services provided to meet our client needs. -Coordinates and manages subcontractors/field personnel. -Develop and implement procedures for planning, design, and personnel management to meet project objectives. -Provides guidance in interpretation of data and compares findings to relevant studies and local, state and federal regulations to ensure compliance -Directs professional and technical staff to complete complex environmental projects. -Provide leadership in development of junior- to mid-level project managers. -Manage project invoicing and cash flow -Develop comprehensive conceptual site models. -Apply a working knowledge of CERCLA and RCRA to projects.

-Exceptional communication, teamwork, and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous-improvement environment -Clearly articulate technical recommendations to clients and regulatory agencies. -As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable references and background check results. -Professional licensure (PE, PG, PMP, CHMM) -Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, earth sciences, or a related field -Client management experience -15+ years of experience in environmental consulting -Experience interacting with Federal agency Program Project Officers, Contracting Officers, Remedial Project Managers, and technical staff. -Apply a working knowledge of data collection, management, and evaluation. -Ability to recommend approaches for new and improved processes -6+ years of experience on federal projects -Established network and relationships within DoD Programs (USACE, AFCEC, etc.). -40-hour OSHA Hazwoper Training and current 8-hour refresher. Other OSHA training (30-hour construction) is valued. -Experience preparing proposals, cost estimates, and schedules
