RESP Senior Engagement Coordinator

Tasks

-Work with Strategic Energy Planning and Corporate Affairs colleagues to ensure that RESP engagement forms part of a wider, well-coordinated programme of NESO place-based engagement -Support the RESP nations and regions teams to deliver their bespoke engagement plans, including use of the available channels -Establish clear processes for the consistent delivery of your role -Ensure that RESP nations and regions teams have the necessary guidance and materials to ensure that stakeholders have a consistent experience across the eleven RESP nations and regions, whilst also allowing for appropriate national/regional variation -Ensure the RESP team is using the NESO customer relationship management tool (Salesforce) in line with our corporate approach, including leading or supporting the delivery of any capacity building and training needs the team may have -Produce nations and regions engagement plans and stakeholder maps, typically on a quarterly basis -Provide central design, guidance coordination for higher profile nation/region engagement activities, including the quarterly RESP Forums -Line manage the RESP Engagement Coordinator -Produce regular reports setting out completed and planned stakeholder engagement activities -Ensure the RESP nations and regions teams have up-to-date bespoke engagement plans and stakeholder maps

-Experience of building and managing relationships with external stakeholders -Ability to join-the-dots across a complex and fast-changing programme of engagement activities, ensuring a well-coordinated approach within and between teams -Line management experience -Experience of producing clear, practical guidance for colleagues to use -Proactive in seeking out and progressing tasks to support team members -Good at building strong internal working relationships -Experience of working in large, complex organisations -Experience of using customer relationship management tools and databases to record activities, and identify insights and actions -Experience of working in a dynamic and complex external stakeholder environment, where well-coordinated engagement is key to success -Strong attention to detail -Strong communication and influencing skills -Comfortable flexing in line with changing priorities -Experience of producing timely and accurate reports -Strong planning and coordination skills -Experience of using online and digital tools for engaging stakeholders -Strong time management skills
