Manage end‑to‑end development of major master‑planned community projects

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Responsible for budgeting, financial reporting for projects -Creation and divestment of super-lots -Stakeholder management including working with multiple partnerships both private and public, as well as councils -Working with partners for commercial outcomes -Management of contractors and consultants -Work at various project stages including strategy formulation, feasibility, planning, design, engaging consultants, infrastructure planning -Lead project teams to meet multiple milestone deadlines -Assist the Development Director in management of diverse team
