-Identify and manage risks and deviations from the plan, implementing corrective actions when necessary. -Prepare and monitor the project schedule, ensuring adherence to planned timelines. -Coordinate with various departments (Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Finance) to ensure alignment of project plans. -Analyze project performance and provide regular progress reports to senior management. -Supervise the Project Control team (Planning, Cost Control, and Reporting). -Manage project costs and monitor expenditures against the approved budget. -Develop and enhance systems and tools used to track and evaluate project performance.
