-External; 2+ years of comparable work experience as a Wind Technician, OR -Associates Degree or 2yr Technical Degree from an accredited college, university, or technical college; with 4yrs of hydaulic, electrical, mechanical work experience; OR -Internal; Associates Degree or 2yr Technical Degree from an accredited college, university, or technical college; with 6yrs of applicable warehouse experience; and relevant experience in electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic processes; OR -High School Diploma or GED, AND -Internal; 2+ years work experience as a Wind Technician, OR
