Tasks

-Ensures a high level of delivery reliability for distribution centers while safeguarding company output and inventory targets. -Routinely assess the plant sites and distribution centers space and inventory capacity to plan inventory levels -Gathers data from internal teams to incorporate materials, stock levels, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules. -Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, forecast demand, and plan inventory levels to meet customer needs. -Aims to synchronize production requirement, space, and delivery commitment with demand. -Monitors daily production results and revises supply/demand responsive to changes in the flow of materials, designs, equipment, or other resources. -Utilizes ERP systems, planning and scheduling software, or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules and generate reporting.

What You Bring

-ERP/ APS -Minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing environment. -Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. -Comfortable with ambiguity and competing priorities. -Strong computer skills. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Devoted to Customers – Builds trusted relationships through service and reliability. -Microsoft Office experience (Outlook-Word-Excel). -Understanding of ERP systems, including bill of materials, work order management, and inventory control. -Proven track record of improving overall efficiencies, reducing cost, and leading teams to effect positive change within the organization. -Knowledge of lean techniques may be advantageous. -A relevant business degree.
