The Role

Overview

Lead multi‑site property management to increase occupancy, finances, and team performance in Dallas.

Tasks

-Conduct regular property visits to ensure compliance, performance, and team support. -Monitor financial and operational performance; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. -Analyze market conditions to determine rental rates, concessions, and competitive positioning. -Develop and execute marketing and operational plans to achieve revenue, occupancy, and financial targets. -Approve staffing, rates, non-budgeted expenses, bonuses, leases, and service contracts. -Partner with HR on hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations. -Review and present annual budgets and capital plans to ownership and executive leadership. -Review resident applications and ensure compliance with company standards. -Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for on-site management teams. -Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented and followed.

What You Bring

-Ability to travel as required throughout the assigned region. -Strong leadership, financial analysis, and organizational skills. -CAPS or CPM designation strongly preferred. -Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. -Experience preparing and analyzing budgets and financial statements. -4-year college degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. -3-5+ years of experience in multi-site property management.
