Tasks

What You Bring

-Experience in sectors such as aviation, civic, commercial, tribal, mission critical, or federal work is a plus. -For unlicensed professionals: Active pursuit of licensure and strong portfolio required. -Initiative in identifying solutions and improving workflow efficiencies. -Degree in Architecture or related design field from a NAAB-accredited program. -Clear, professional writing and verbal communication skills. -For licensed Architects: A valid architectural license in applicable state(s). -Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. -Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines and with clients. -Strong understanding of building codes, documentation standards, and interdisciplinary coordination. -Critical thinking and creativity in solving complex design challenges. -5+ years of experience on diverse architectural projects. -Mentorship mindset, with a willingness to guide and support junior team members. -Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design software.
