Fit windows and doors in occupied social housing homes with focus on quality and safety

Tasks

-Communicating effectively with site management and Resident Liaison Officers -Following health and safety procedures and using appropriate PPE and tools -Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to residents -Installing windows and doors to a high standard in line with retrofit specifications -Supporting the wider site team with general tasks where needed (e.g. minor joinery or finishing works) -Maintaining a clean, safe, and tenant-considerate working environment -Carrying out sealing, finishing, and adjustments as required

What You Bring

-Proven experience in window and door fitting, ideally within retrofit or social housing projects -CSCS card (desirable) -Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable) -Good communication skills and a respectful approach to working in occupied homes
