Overview

Manage sub‑contracts, valuations and cash flow for highway infrastructure projects.

Tasks

-Managing sub-contracts: issuing tender enquiries, awarding contracts, and assessing monthly payment applications -Preparing and submitting monthly applications for payment -Issuing early warning notices and managing compensation events -Accurately valuing completed work and ensuring timely cash collection -Assisting with final account agreements and substantiations -Supporting the preparation of monthly CVRs and forecasts (internal and client-facing) -Ensuring compliance with Tarmac and client processes to mitigate commercial risk

What You Bring

-Commercial awareness and a process-driven mindset -Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities -Strong drive and ambition to succeed -Solid sub-contract administration skills -Previous experience in surfacing or highways infrastructure projects -Willingness to travel between sites as required -NEC3/4 contract experience (highly desirable) -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel -Strong numeracy and analytical skills
