Tasks

-Coordinating internal production teams. -Working with senior team members to validate that designs and deliverables conform to technical guidelines, code requirements and regulations. -Providing technical mentoring and leadership to less experienced technical staff. -Producing technical design and contract documents in collaboration with project teams. -Assisting a dedicated site team and preparing documentation for contract administration. -Coordinating with project sub-consultants. -Provide technical design solutions for construction including interior and exterior assemblies.

What You Bring

-Ability to obtain Reliability/Secret level security clearance -Bilingualism (English & French) is considered an asset -Degree or diploma in architectural or building technology from a technical college -5+ years’ working as a technologist or technician for an architectural consulting firm -Experience leading BIM projects -Professional registration in a provincial association dedicated to technologists will be considered an asset -Construction site experience -Experience with BIM principles & workflows, REVIT software, Microsoft 365 environment and Bluebeam is required
