Tasks

-Mentor and support junior engineers while ensuring quality and compliance with Arup’s standards and systems. -Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and peers to support project objectives and identify new opportunities. -Undertake analysis and design across all project phases, applying innovation and smart workflows. -Prepare and review technical documentation including reports, drawings, and specifications. -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including modelling and drafting specialists, to produce high-quality deliverables.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in industry software such as Strand7, Midas, SpaceGass, SAP2000, or GSA, and the ability to work with 3D models. -A collaborative, proactive mindset with strong time-management and a commitment to quality and safety. -Strong understanding of Australian Standards for bridge and civil structure design (e.g. AS5100) and familiarity with authority requirements such as TfNSW and Sydney Trains. -A relevant tertiary qualification, professional membership (or working towards it), and a passion for developing innovative engineering solutions. -Excellent communication and report-writing skills with the ability to engage confidently with technical and non-technical audiences.
