Tasks

-Creating documentation around BI processes and procedures -Identify and implement process improvements and automation on the BI team -Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions in Snowflake and Tableau -Partner with business leaders and SMEs to ensure data integrity across reporting efforts -Customer Focus – Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. -Monitor BI ticket queue and resolve customer requests and incidents

What You Bring

-Experience with Cognos, Tableau, and SSRS reporting / data visualization tools -Proficient with Microsoft Office software -Optimizes Work Processes – Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement. -Python or other scripting experience -Strong organizational and time management skills -Ability to work 40 hours per week during the summer, and 15-20 hours during the school year. -Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM system -Knowledge of Agile development methodologies -Experience with report design, ETL, and writing Microsoft SQL Server queries -Self-motivated learner with strong problem-solving skills -Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Business Intelligence products -Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in team environments -Exceptional verbal and written communication skills -Must be enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college or university studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data (Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Programming), Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. -Familiarity with Dynamics AX, D365, or other enterprise ERP system
