Tasks

- Providing Foreman and crews with job information and requirements - High volume file management; ensuring files are complete, all authorizations and information is present for work completed. - Maintain employee paperwork for field personnel to ensure any necessary paperwork is provided, such as applications, licenses, police checks, etc. - Handling incoming customer calls & inquiries and dispatching crews to handle leak calls - Prepare estimates for service and repair work - Prepare work orders, letters, quotes, etc. and invoicing customers for completed work - Organize and schedule jobs - Form and maintain customer relations; in person, through email, and over the phone - Review contracts for site requirements and accuracy - Ordering materials and supplies as per job requirements, as well as ensuring -proper equipment is available and arranged
