Tasks

-Develops project objectives, scope, and schedules by working with the Client and determining project requirements. -Establishes and monitors detailed project plan. -Leads the site design and documentation of retail and restaurant buildings including ground up, tenant fit out, and remodel type projects. -Meeting and communicating with clients daily/weekly as determined required.

What You Bring

-9+ years’ experience. -Strong communication skills. -Experience navigating through various entitlement approvals such as planning, zoning, engineering, architectural review boards, etc. -Ability to create site plans following client and local code requirements. -Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering. -Ability to effectively read and understand site and building construction drawings. -Experience with multi-site development design and development programs. -Ability to work on various development projects in different stages simultaneously. -Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and coordinate with multidiscipline engineering and architectural design teams. -Some travel required for site visits, planning and zoning meetings, meeting with local jurisdictions, etc. -Experience preparing site due diligence studies. -High level of attention to detail.
