Tasks
-Collating progress information and understanding any areas of concern during the planning stage -Attending regular site visits to assist the team with planning issues -Producing tender programmes -Creating workable construction programmes, monitoring and updating -Advising and providing planning expertise across projects

What You Bring
-You have strong knowledge or NEC contract conditions and how this affects planning -You have a solid history of working on build tenders and projects between £20M - £80M in value -Have construction planning experience gained within the contractor environment -You are an experienced user of Asta and Microsoft Project software -You have planning experience within the main contracting sector
