Overview

Configure, maintain, and optimize Dynamics365 CRM, focusing on marketing and insights.

Tasks

-Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) for system integration, custom workflow development and automation. -Assist BI team in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards to support CRM business intelligence needs. -Support data integration between Dynamics365 Dataverse and other enterprise systems. -Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals. -Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings. -Team Cooperation - maintain positive, cooperative attitude with all employees of LATICRETE and all customers. -Act as primary end-user support professional for Marketing group. -Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements. -Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys). -Provide training and documentation for end-users. -Work with stakeholders and technical leadership to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. -Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. -Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure CRM alignment with organizational goals and enterprise architecture standards. -Maintain and abide by corporate CRM change-management process.

What You Bring

-Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), and Dataverse. -Sitting: Must be able to sit at least 50% of the day. -Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred. -Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com CRM. -Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration and customization. -Proficiency in the following CRM modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing. -Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required, Expert certification preferred. -Standing: Must be able to stand at least 25% of the day. -Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. -Strong knowledge of data integrity best practices. Ability to proactively identify, rectify and prevent quality issues. -Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required. Master’s degree preferred. -Lift: Must be able to lift and/or carry a minimum of 25 pounds. -Working knowledge of CRM application security standards and best practices. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -Push/Pull: Must be able to push/pull 25 pounds. -Experience with PowerBI and Dynamics365 reporting and data visualization preferred.
