Tasks

-Coordinating labor, materials, schedules, and vendors to stay on track. -Solving challenges in real-time to keep projects moving forward. -Partnering with PMs, coordinators, and clients to drive successful outcomes. -Enforcing OSHA, jobsite standards, and strict safety protocols. -Think critically, act decisively, and lead teams under pressure. -Leading field operations on complex commercial roofing projects. -Managing foremen and crews to meet safety and production goals. -Representing the company in site meetings with GCs, engineers, and owners.

What You Bring

-Thrive without hand-holding and lead with confidence. -Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S. -5+ years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent. -Proactively solve issues and communicate clearly with leadership. -OSHA 10/30 certification with a demonstrated record of safe project delivery. -Proven success leading secure, complex, or high-spec projects (hospitals, government, industrial). -Lake Worth, FL (Local or Traveling Role) -Spanish-speaking a plus. -Previous experience managing projects in Florida and strong understanding of Florida-specific safety regulations highly preferred. -Strong expertise in single-ply, asphalt, metal, BUR, and hot/cold-applied systems. -Willingness to travel (regional 50%+; nationwide full travel).
