RESPONSIBILITIES - As the Asst DM you would be reporting into a Principal Design Manager and working with the support of a DM and Senior DM. You will be given a number of sub-contractors to look after, managing the design process and working closely with the clients design team. You will regularly contribute to design review meetings.
