Tasks

-Facilitate the local Sales & Operations process with actionable insights and escalate key updates to divisional level. -Drive improvements in forecast accuracy and inventory strategies across product lifecycles. -Lead the demand planning cycle for the UK and Ireland, ensuring workflow completion. -Collaborate with Commercial teams to build a consensus-based and bias-free demand plan. -Analyse historical data, market trends, and sales input to generate medium and long-term forecasts.

What You Bring

-Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics. -Excellent communication and influencing skills, comfortable challenging stakeholders with data. -Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel is required, while experience using planning tools (eg. Anaplan) are advantageous. -Strong analytical mindset with a curious problem-solving approach.
