Manage vendor relationships, dispatch services, and ensure quality for facility maintenance.

Tasks

-Identify and research potential vendors -Approve vendor work completion for payment -Develop and submit proposals for new projects, keeping budgets, costs, and margins in mind -Verify vendor job completion and customer satisfaction/job approval -Procure and onboard vendors while maintaining contractual documentation -Approve work orders for customer invoicing -Develop and sustain long term relationships with vendors.

What You Bring

-Minimum 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. -Previous experience in vendor management -3+ years’ experience working with vendors, agreements, contracts, scopes of work. -Experience with Service Channel is highly preferred. -Valid Driver’s License -Associates Degree -Must be 21 years old
