Overview

Support accounts receivable/payable, GL entries, reporting, and contract review in accounting.

Tasks

-Reporting: monthly reporting, yearly reporting, and business planning -Accounts receivable: create and enter monthly pay applications, reconcile billings, etc. -Subcontract Management: track and manage the various submittal documents, etc. -Review owner contracts to understand payment terms, cost of work definition and otherrequirements/allowances -Accounts payable: ensure proper approval and timely entry of invoices, reconcile statements, etc.

What You Bring

-Available to work in Denver, CO, full time from May to August -Ability to meet required deadlines -Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel -Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Finance orrelated discipline. -Must be authorized to work in the US *PCL will not sponsor an employment visa (e.g. H1-B, etc.) for thisposition -Required to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, with project personnel, suppliers, subcontractorsand owners -Employment with PCL is contingent upon passing a substance abuse test conducted by a third party -18 years of age or older -Accuracy and high level of detail orientation
