Tasks

-Supporting and mentoring junior finance team members About You: -Managing accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections -Preparing, reviewing, and reconciling financial statements across multiple projects -Assisting with month-end and year-end processes and financial audits -Supporting payroll processing and compliance with CIS, VAT, and HMRC regulations -Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency -Monitoring project costs, variations, and cash flow to support commercial reporting

What You Bring

-AAT Level 4 qualification or be part-qualified ACCA/CIMA (preferred) -Strong understanding of construction finance, CIS, and VAT -Proficiency in Sage 200 and Microsoft Excel (advanced level desirable) -5+ years' experience in financial administration, including at least 2 years within the construction industry -Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills -A proactive approach, able to work effectively with both operational and office-based teams
