Overview

Sell maintenance contracts for elevators/escalators, building relationships in N England & Scotland.

Tasks

-Documents the customer and contact information, maintains customer data. -Accountable for developing KONE position in your customer base or market area. -Accountable for hand-over to Portfolio Managers and maintenance operations with complete and correct information. -Maintains full information of opportunities, tasks, and visits. -Validates that the contents of the order received from the customer are in line with the negotiation process outcome, including terms and conditions, quality, and safety. -Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in their areas of responsibility. -Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales targets. -Timely and accurate reporting. -Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire KONE sales team (e.g., cross-selling).

What You Bring

-Good IT skills, CRM Salesforce (is desirable). -Good communication skills in English (written and spoken). -Mastering customer contacts, presentations, and negotiations, closing deals, tendering process, aftersales activities, basic knowledge of contractual and financial terms. -Previous experience and results in Sales and customer relationship management.
