Assistant Project Manager (Saudi National)

Assist PM in design coordination for MENA projects, handling schedules, docs, and client liaison.

Tasks

-Support senior project managers in overseeing all phases of the design process for projects based in Amman and/or the MENA region. -Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. -Maintain organized records, including drawings, specifications, change orders, and approvals. -Assist in preparing and updating project schedules, design documentation, and presentations. -Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors to align project goals. -Participate in design reviews and site meetings, documenting action items and decisions. -Scheduling and milestone tracking -Monitor project progress and support risk and issue resolution to keep projects on track. -Help manage project budgets and resource allocations under the guidance of the senior manager.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of sustainability and green building standards (LEED, EDGE, etc.) -Software: AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, excel. -Client-facing professionalism and presentation skills -2–5 years of experience in design coordination or project management (experience in Riyadh or MENA region is a plus). -Strong organizational and time management abilities -Experience with design projects in the commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use sectors -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field. -Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus but not required -Adaptability in a fast-paced or shifting environment -Proficiency in design and project management tools. -Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset -Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally
