Tasks

-Verifies the implementation of Best Practices and Lessons Learned, including collection, evaluation, and documentation into DevonWay. -Conducts Project QMS orientation and awareness sessions as applicable. -Reviews subcontractors’ and suppliers’ submittals, including ISO Certifications, Quality Manuals, and Plans as applicable. -Lead/facilitate Project Root Cause Analysis (RCA) utilizing an effective process for initiating, planning, and performing an analysis and reporting results of the analysis so appropriate corrective measures may be identified, documented, implemented, and verified to resolve condition(s) and prevent recurrence. -Coordinates, reviews, and approves subcontractors and suppliers’ responses to deficiencies identified through project quality audits and surveillance activities. -Develop/maintains the Quality Management Plan (QMP) and supports its implementation. -Identifies quality problems, initiates documented actions, verifies implementation of solutions, and manages the project corrective action system. -Prequalifies subcontractors and suppliers, evaluating their quality system capabilities and controls. -Identifies and incorporates applicable quality system requirements for suppliers and subcontractors. -Reviews and approves quality-related procedures to ensure compliance with the project quality program/plan. -Utilizes DevonWay or similar systems for Closed Loop Corrective Action (CLCA) and processes Condition Reports and Recommendations for audits and surveillances. -Supports the execution of the People Based Quality (PBQ) program on the project as applicable. -Coordinates, manages, and performs internal quality audits/surveillances per the audit/surveillance schedule and follows up on the closure of findings. -Develops, maintains, and implements the Project Quality Audit & Surveillance Schedule, with the level and frequency of audits based on performance and risk analysis.

What You Bring

-ISO 9001: 2015 Certified Lead Auditor (IRCA approved) required. -Demonstrated knowledge of EPC industry application of quality assurance standards. -Prior experience in Combined Cycle Power projects will be preferred. -Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience -Knowledge of advanced techniques for assessment, event investigation, cause analysis, human performance, and corrective action.
