  • Keep It Clean: Walk the property throughout the day to pick up litter, debris, and pet droppings, ensuring all common areas and amenities are neat and presentable.
  • Maintain Trash Areas: Clean and organize trash storage zones and manage trash/recycling containers—pulling them out and returning them per the pickup schedule.
  • Resident Communication: Help with distributing notices and flyers to residents as needed to support community communication and operations.
  • Team Support: Work closely with the maintenance and management team to help the property run smoothly.
  • Apartment Turn Support: Assist the make-ready process by removing trash and remaining items from vacant units and disposing of them appropriately.

  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Dependability and a proactive, self-motivated work ethic
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written/verbal instructions

  • Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, or exterior maintenance experience preferred
