-Lead initiatives to improve collections efficiency, including -Develop and enforce credit policies aligned with utility -Monitor and report on key metrics such as Days Sales Outstanding -Manage collections processes, including payment arrangements, -Ensure compliance with Public Utilities Commission (PUC) rules, -Collaborate with customer service, billing, legal, and regulatory -Supervise and develop a team of credit and collections employees, -Oversee credit assessments for new service applications and large
