  • Lead day-to-day on-site management of MEP installations on complex commercial projects
  • Manage daily reporting and status updates to stakeholders
  • Contribute to QA/QC, commissioning, and system energization planning and execution.
  • Direct and coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and foremen to ensure project milestones are met safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and design teams to resolve field conflicts and maintain alignment with project objectives
  • Oversee installation of key systems: electrical distribution (medium/low voltage), HVAC, CRAC units, backup power, ductwork, and plumbing
  • Review and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and specifications to guide project execution
  • Ensure safety, quality, and code compliance through regular inspections and effective problem-solving

We’re seeking a MEP Manager with a strong field background in commercial construction and a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. If you've worked on data center or mission-critical projects and thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments, this is your opportunity to take the lead on transformative builds that matter.

  • Technical expertise in electrical systems, chilled water systems, HVAC, and controls
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical training
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and access active job site environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of data centers or mission-critical environments (hyperscale, colocation, etc.) is strongly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead field teams effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); MS Project preferred
  • 7–10 years of field experience in construction, with 3–5 years specifically in MEP supervision
