This is your opportunity to shape best practice, drive continuous improvement, and lead innovations that enhance service delivery. You’ll work closely with the Strategic Leadership Team and our client to ensure we meet and exceed compliance standards, while fostering a culture of safety and quality. -Champion safety: Promote health, safety, and environmental best practices, ensuring all policies and certifications are up to date. -Lead compliance excellence: Manage and develop our Integrated Management Systems (IMS) to ensure contractual, statutory, and safety compliance. -Drive improvements: Identify opportunities for innovation and implement best practices across the contract. -Make a tangible impact on compliance and safety standards. -Own compliance processes: Oversee audits, inspections, document control, and reporting to maintain the highest standards. -Build strong relationships: Act as the key liaison with clients and internal teams, leading meetings and audits.

What You Bring

-Proven experience in Facilities Management (FM) Hard Services and statutory compliance. -Excellent planning, coordination, and time management abilities. -Qualifications: Professional Health & Safety certification and relevant trade qualifications. -IT proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) and strong commercial awareness. -Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
