

Develops residential and commercial real estate projects across India’s National Capital Region.
Work proactively towards the timely and successful closure of execution matters.
Review and evaluate calculations submitted in execution proceedings by Decree Holders (DH) and AOs.
Take immediate and appropriate legal action as required, including filing relevant applications, documents before the court.
Regularly attend court hearings and proceedings as required.
Attend CRM/Legal Interlock review meetings and discuss the difficulties being faced in cases and suggest the solutions
To provide comprehensive legal support to the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, managing legal risk, advising internal stakeholders, and supporting corporate governance and regulatory matters. To ensure compliance of execution orders and Rera judgments.
To manage the organization’s litigation portfolio in Gurgaon RERA, coordinate with external counsel, prepare legal documentation, and represent the company's interests in legal proceedings before execution court and any other related assignments given by Reporting Manager (RM).
Take all necessary steps to avoid adverse or unfavorable court orders.
Monitor and track cases that are likely to be listed, even if not currently appearing in the court cause list.
Keep the Reporting Manager (RM) informed of urgent matters and anticipated court proceedings at least 15 days in advance.
Develop legal strategy in coordination with the RM and external counsel to protect the company’s interests.
Legal Documentation: Proficient in reviewing, drafting, and vetting case-related legal documents, including complaints, petitions, applications, replies, rejoinders, and other legal materials.
Knowledge of specific Laws relating to real estate: Well-versed in key laws, such as RERA Act, Consumer Act, the Apartment Act, Land Revenue Act, HDRU Act, and other related legislation relating to real estate. Efficient in preparation of BBA’s, Settlement Deeds, Conveyance Deeds compatible to the RERA ACT.
He/She should be proficient in liaising with court personnel, coordinating with opposing counsel, complainants and collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth legal operations and the effective resolution of matters pending before execution courts
Court Representation: Experience in representing the company in various cases across multiple forums, Specifically in Gurgaon RERA, District Courts and Consumer Forums/Commissions etc.
He / She should possess a strong understanding of the variances and challenges encountered in calculating DPC and refund amounts by AO, DH, and JD, and should be able to advise the company on filing appeals in cases where there is a divergence in interpretation between execution courts and established court judgments.
Litigation Operations & Case Management: Expertise in developing pre-litigation and post-litigation strategies, case analysis, and management. The candidate should have specific exposure of appearance before the Adjudicating officer, Account Officer and RERA authority in Execution matters. He/She should have sharp understanding of variances and challenges being faced while calculating DPC and Refund amounts by AO/DH/JD.
MIS and Case records: Proficient in maintaining MIS and case records, ensuring timely updates on ongoing matters, and staying informed about the latest developments in law, including recent judgments passed by RERA and other relevant authorities/forums/courts.
Excellent Communication Skills: The candidate should have excellent communication skills and he/she should be efficient in coordinating/communicating with other departments within the company.
LLB. with atleast 5-6+ years experience in real estate companies with specific exposure to Gurgaon RERA handling Execution matters
The candidate will be required to attend matters in Gurgaon. On court holidays or when no matters are listed, they will need to be present at the Noida office as per requirement
