Tasks

You’ll be responsible for planning and managing maintenance activities, supervising a small team, and ensuring our property and equipment remain in excellent condition. -Respond promptly to emergency maintenance and repair requests. -Oversee and perform routine building maintenance, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical repairs, and HVAC upkeep. -Maintain records of maintenance work, reports, and daily logs. -Maintain cleanliness of all building areas, machinery, and equipment. -Supervise maintenance staff and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. -Plan, schedule, and oversee installation and repair activities. -Liaise with and manage relationships with external contractors and vendors. -Monitor repair costs and provide accurate estimates. -Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve issues. -Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, ordering replacements when required.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead all installation, repair, and upkeep operations across our hotel facilities. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly — from machinery and systems to the guest experience. -Minimum of 2 years’ experience in maintenance or facilities management. -Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. -Previous leadership or supervisory experience (highly regarded). -Mechanical degree or equivalent qualification. -A proactive attitude with the ability to lead by example. -Solid knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment. -Strong understanding of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
