Tasks

You will work closely with R&D, design, quality, and sourcing teams, as well as external suppliers, to ensure that products are designed for manufacturability, meet performance and quality requirements, and are ready for efficient serial production. -Ensure Design for Manufacturability (DFM/DFX) and provide technical feedback to R&D during design phases. -Lead the technical scope of industrialization for new products, from early development to production ramp-up. -Contribute to continuous improvement by applying Lean and quality methodologies during new product introduction. -Prepare and maintain industrial documentation, including process flow, control plans, and validation reports. -Coordinate with suppliers to ensure process feasibility, technical compliance, and readiness for production transfer. -Support technical sourcing activities, including supplier qualification, technical assessments, and capability validation. -Define and validate manufacturing methods, tools, and test processes to ensure product robustness and process capability. -Drive process readiness and transfer activities between design, prototyping, and serial production stages.

What You Bring

We are looking for a Method Engineer with a strong Electrical or Electronic Engineering background to take full technical ownership of new product industrialization and transfer activities. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, validating, and optimizing manufacturing methods and processes that enable a seamless transition from product design to volume production. -Proficiency in DFM/DFX, process validation (e.g., PFMEA, MSA, capability studies), and industrial transfer methodologies. -Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949). -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (Master’s preferred). -Strong understanding of manufacturing processes for electrical/electronic assemblies (e.g., PCB, cabling, testing). -Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills. -3–5 years’ experience in industrialization, method engineering, or NPI project leadership.
