What You Bring

-Must have experience dispatching in the HVAC service field. Plumbing is also preferred but not required. -Scheduling/Workload Awareness -Multitasking and good record keeping skills are a plus. -Must be an excellent communicator, verbal and written between the customer, the office, and other team members. -Must be a unifying team player with positive influence, energy and behavior. -Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks. -Skilled in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
