Tasks

As a Property Consultant at fäm Properties, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in Dubai. -Match clients with suitable properties and organize property viewings -Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties -Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients -Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all required documentation -Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals -Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure -Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice -Participate in exclusive sales training sessions led by our CEO, sharpening your skills with real-world strategies -Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences

What You Bring

-Confident, proactive, and driven by performance and targets -Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (real estate experience is a plus, but not required) -Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage) -Professional appearance and client-focused attitude -UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred) -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
