Tasks

-Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and communications to support change adoption. -Monitor and report on change progress, risks, and issues, providing actionable insights to leadership. -Collaborate with their counterpart in Australian to align change strategies and ensure consistency across global initiatives. -Develop and execute change management plans using approved tools and frameworks. -Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Operations, and Communications. -Champion the use of organizational tools for project and change management, ensuring compliance and best practice. -Lead change management efforts for key programs and projects in North America, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness planning. -Support continuous improvement in change management practices and contribute to the global change community within Brickworks.

What You Bring

-Experience working in manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones and cultures. -Formal qualification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, APMG, or equivalent). -Strong proficiency in Office 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. -Familiarity with project methodologies. -Experience using organizational project and change management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planner, or other enterprise platforms). -Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. -Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. -6+ years of experience in leading change initiatives within complex, multi-stakeholder environments. -Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
