What You Bring

-Professional memberships -An understanding of quality proposals and tender submissions—you know how to bring structure, clarity, and impact to every document. -Proficiency in document development tools, including Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Canva and Excel—you know how to make content look sharp and professional. -In house barista -Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to craft clear, compelling content and collaborate confidently across teams. -At least a year or two of experience in proposals, administration, business development, or a similar coordination. -Tech-savvy and forward-thinking, with hands-on experience using AI tools and online tender platforms to streamline proposal development and submission processes. -A collaborative interpersonal style to enable you to engage with various business units and form strong relationships across all levels. You'll be confidently to engage with clients and senior stakeholders to shape winning delivery solutions.

-Tackle Australia’s shifting energy landscape by streamlining high-voltage grid connections. -Deliver turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction for substations, lines, and BESS Balance of Plant. -Background in technical grid studies using tools like PSCAD, PSS/E, PowerFactory, and Hypersim. -Typical projects include renewable generator connections, HV switching, and commissioning services across solar, wind, and battery sites. -Navigate regulatory hurdles in the National Electricity Market end-to-end: from pre-enquiry and design through testing, connection, and registration. -A risk-based engineering approach ensures projects meet technical and commercial milestones, often being the first on and last off site.
