Tasks

-Implement and enforce site HSE policies, procedures and Permit-to-Work systems to ensure regulatory compliance and safe operations. -Coordinate emergency response drills, first-aid readiness and fire-safety preparedness with contractors and site teams. -Conduct Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), HIRA and routine safety audits; close non-conformances and track corrective actions to completion. -Lead incident/near‑miss investigations, perform root-cause analysis and produce clear corrective/preventive action plans. -Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions and on-the-job coaching to drive observable safe behaviours and PPE compliance. -Maintain HSE records, prepare compliance reports for management and support third-party audits and inspections.
