Tasks

-Work on the strategic planning of policies and processes to enhance FM capabilities of the industry through multiple work streams with statutory boards and public sector agencies -Spearhead innovations and test-bed technologies in JTC properties -Support the department in the provision of FM advisory to internal stakeholders and public sector agencies in the adoption of strategic FM framework (e.g. enabling Smart FM)

What You Bring

-Self-driven and able to work independently under pressure and within tight deadlines -Have relevant FM operations experience -Background in Real Estate, Engineering or equivalent (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Building or Facilities Management). -Confident to communicate at all levels (beyond organisation) and is able to think creatively and apply strategic thinking to tasks
