Tasks
-Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to ensure work meets design and regulatory requirements -Enforce safety, quality, site security and compliance standards on site -Monitor performance against schedule and budget, proactively addressing issues -Manage daily field operations on assigned structural on complex MEP project, day and night shifts -Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, inspections, and scheduling -Maintain detailed project logs, reports, and punch lists -Perform and document daily QC inspections and testing in accordance with project specifications and applicable codes -Lead progress meetings and site walkthroughs

What You Bring
-5+ years of experience as a construction superintendent, with structural with MEP system experience -U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contracting requirements -Knowledge of relevant codes -Strong coordination, leadership, communication, stress management and organizational skills -Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications in Bluebeam -OSHA 30 certification -Above average computer and software skills required; able to read schedules in MS projects or P6, write RFI's and submittals and match details to specs, convert documents to PDF, use Word and Excel -Proven background in Quality Control, with strong documentation skills
