BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar is especially desirable
Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
Demonstrated coaching and development ability.

3+ years operational experience in luxury multifamily setting.
Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
