Overview

Manage electrical design, delivery and handover for Thames Water projects at Harpenden & East Hyde.

Tasks

-Providing strong leadership and direction to project engineers, design consultants, contractors, and suppliers. -Ensure all Electrical systems, MCCs, SCADA, LV, HV & process equipment - are designed and delivered to specification. -Taking full ownership of electrical project delivery, from design through to handover, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met. -Oversee procurement strategies, tendering, contract administration, and supply chain engagement. -Review and sign off SLDs, MCC layouts, technical submissions, schedules, schematics, and other key deliverables.

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of Electrical systems typically used in water treatment. -Understanding of CDM Regulations and site H&S procedures. -Proven experience in delivering Electrical engineering projects within the water/wastewater sector to programme and cost targets. -Degree or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or a related field. -Proficiency in reviewing technical drawings and specifications (AutoCAD, BIM knowledge is a plus).
