Tasks

-Welcoming prospective buyers and providing exceptional customer service -Managing the sales process with professionalism and attention to detail -Working collaboratively with your sales colleague to achieve and exceed targets -Conducting viewings and showcasing the quality and features of the development -Building strong relationships and maintaining regular contact with buyers -Guiding customers through the entire sales journey from initial enquiry to exchange

What You Bring

-A full UK driving licence (mileage paid at 45p per mile) -A genuine passion for sales and customer service -Excellent communication and relationship-building skills -Experience in either New Homes Sales, High-end retail, Car sales or Estate agency

Benefits
