Tasks
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager at Poetry Designs in Bengaluru. The Site Engineer will be responsible for project execution, quality control, labour management, material management, communication with stakeholders, and overseeing on-site activities as per the designed plans to ensure project success. -Managing labour teams on sites which are in various stages -Daily reporting of tasks and milestones

What You Bring
-Experience is Villa constructions preferred -Communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction -Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field -Knowledge of local construction regulations and codes -Experience in construction project management -Strong ability to multitask -On-site project management, Quality Control, and Structural Engineering skills
