Overview
Assist the Superintendent in managing commercial construction projects, schedules, safety, and QA/QC.

Tasks
-Assists with supervision of quality standards and implement the QA/QC Program to ensure the highest quality standards are met and maintained. -Oversee the Storm Water Management program. -Assist as required in the development and maintenance of the site logistics plan. -Assist in conducting preconstruction meetings with subcontractors prior to their starting work. -Assist with Project Documentation of project activity. -Assist the Warranty Manager to ensure call backs are taken care of in a timely manner and are in the best interest of the company. Apply lessons learned derived from the warranty call backs to prevent future similar issues. -Conduct weekly on-site subcontractor coordination meetings, safety meetings, and daily safety inspections. -Assist in monitoring field labor and equipment utilization. -Assist with coordination of all jurisdictional permitting and inspection entities and third-party testing agencies -Maintain As-Built drawings throughout the duration of each project. Assist in submission of accurate As-built drawings at the completion of each project -Understand and hold others accountable for Jobsite Safety Standards. -Assist with project closeout and permit completion. -Assist in monitoring on-site work to minimize /identify cost risk, avoid and cost overruns, and provide cost saving ideas. -Maintain a 4-week look ahead schedule. -Complete deficiency lists and manage punch list process.

What You Bring
-Ability to foster working relationships with owners, trade partners, and inspectors -OSHA 10, OSHA 30, First Aid / CPR, and SWMP Certifications preferred but not required. -Experience in a superintendent role with a variety of product types – including general commercial, medical, manufacturing, industrial, and multi-family. -Clear and effective communication -Minimum 3+ years of construction management experience. -Proficiency using Microsoft suite of applications, construction scheduling software, and project management applications. -Sound decision making capabilities under pressure -Current driver’s license which has been valid for the past 12 consecutive months. -Ability to motivate and gain trust from team members
