Overview

In‑home roof inspection and sales consultant on pre‑scheduled appointments.

Tasks

-Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments (no cold calls) -Deliver 5-10 in-home consultations per week -Educate homeowners on available solutions, materials, and pricing options -Attend team meetings and ongoing training -Help customers make informed, confident decisions -Field-based role (drive 30-90 mins to confirmed appointments) -Conduct thorough roof inspections and document findings -Maintain detailed notes and follow-ups through CRM software

What You Bring

-Tech-savvy (comfortable using tablets or CRM software) -Strong communication & presentation skills -Coachable, confident, and highly motivated personality -Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license -iPad required (purchase through us is available) -3+ years of outside sales or customer-facing experience

Benefits

-Weekly pay structure -Paid training included -Average monthly earnings: $10,000-$18,000 -$125,000-$200,000+ per year (base draw + uncapped commission + bonuses)
