Tasks
-Define and implement program governance frameworks, prepare content and facilitate Steering Committee and Advisory Board meetings, track KPIs, manage risk registers, and report on progress and issues. -Connect closely with internal innovation, R&,D and digital teams to identify emerging technology opportunities (e.g., AI, digital twins, cybersecurity), managing associated funding requirements, and integrating these innovations into the program roadmap. -Drive change adoption and organizational readiness by proactively engaging with stakeholders at all levels and promoting a digital-first culture. -Lead the comprehensive planning, structuring, and execution of strategic cross-business and cross-regional initiatives, ensuring milestones and outcomes are met -Develop, maintain, and communicate a multi-year delivery roadmap, integrating technology evolution, business objectives, commercial targets, and customer value. -Develop, maintain, and communicate a multi-year delivery roadmap, integrating technology evolution, business objectives, commercial targets, and customer value..value. -Lead retrospectives, lessons-learned analyses, and process optimizations to enhance program delivery velocity, scalability, and sustainability. -Establish and steer cross-functional project teams; applying agile and hybrid methodologies, facilitating coordination and delivery among commercial, technical, product, and operational workstreams globally. -Coordinate the creation, validation, and monitoring of business cases and investment plans to prioritize funding and resource allocation for digital service innovation and growth initiatives.

What You Bring
-Experience working in a global, matrixed organization. -PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus. -Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities. -Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels -Proven experience (8+ years) in global digital service strategy content development, program management, or business transformation, ideally within the energy, technology, or industrial sectors. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. -Excellent stakeholder management and high-level communication skills
