Tasks

-Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. -Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. -Assemble and secure formwork for concrete pours. -Strip and clean forms after concrete placement. -Ensure forms are properly aligned and braced. -Work with the concrete finishing team to ensure a smooth project workflow.

What You Bring

-Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions. -Must successfully pass a pre-employment medical assessment. -Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to respirators. Employees required to wear respirators must be clean-shaven where the respirator seal meets the face to pass qualitative and quantitative fit tests. -Proven ability to follow safe work procedures and complete field risk assessments.
