Tasks

Take the lead in Building Safety and compliance with a design-led, award-winning architectural practice. Influence safety standards across major UK projects while growing your career in a supportive, collaborative team. Support training and development within the team Deliver compliance reports and maintain the Golden Thread using CDE platforms Coordinate design teams and manage regulatory requirements from start to finish Lead as Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act, ensuring full compliance across projects

What You Bring

Confident liaising with clients, contractors, and regulators Revit knowledge desirable Knowledge of Building Regulations, cladding, and façade safety ARB or CIAT qualified, RIBA Principal Designer status (or equivalent) Experience delivering Principal Designer duties under the Building Safety Act
