Tasks

CORE FUNCTION – Prepare and manage reports. -Answer of telephone calls, or coverage of Reception, as and when required. -Responsible for filing of reports and maintaining filing system. -Ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Applus Health Safety and Environmental Management System, observing in addition any site specific and/or statutory requirements. -Foster a positive attitude to safety and environment issues. -Maintain a positive attitude towards the Quality Management System. -Ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Applus Quality Management System. -Perform general word processing as required. -Archiving of reports -Revision of reports -Responsible for preparing/collation and distribution of technical NDT reports from Technicians.
